both DanP and CBM have posted some good info / links ......

you need to realise that "when you owe" a lot to said banks, and the a falls out of whatever commodity you are producing..........that "without" hedging..........it might be tough to survive .......

aka - batten down the hatches .......

understand the vent, and agree .....

basically, without Grieve coming on - this thing is going to need additional $$$$$ to fund development program .....

in my (simple) mind - it becomes a question of "how much" they have to give up to get rid of the horrid preff share arrangements ..........
