There doesn't appear to be mention of a deposit being paid, so I guess the agreement is one of hope rather than expectation, without further information. It is with China Inc after all.
Also strange that there are sales at Syrah's option. Of course SYR needs to sell as much as possible. What are they implying by that? Is that a warning of very low pricing?
Just has to be said. I really want SYR to succeed and prosper. I'm surprised the SP hasn't managed to up all the same.
