This is a BIG, firm order! The quantity (48K to 60K tonnes, at Syrah discretion), represents about 20-25% of next year's Balama production. It is also more than the annual production of any other graphite mine currently operating in the world, which probably serves to highlight just how quickly Syrah has become the elephant in the graphite room. Any more like this would probably hasten expansion plans.
As @Quechee has pointed out, the December Quarterly, in a few days time, will give us an update on the possibilities for vanadium. With the likely cash flow for 2019, funding such a plant should not be a problem (though the vanadium operation may have to wait on the availability of gas from the current frantic development elsewhere in Capo Delgado province).
Sounds like a couple of nice problems to have.
Cheers
