Our opponents  ie the Board , must be absolutely furious about the way we have blocked them on the relocation vote recently:  be in no doubt about that.  They are just playing the odds by taking it to court:  they have plenty of money to spend on court cases, and they just might swing it.   They have nothing to lose.

By the way, can anyone tell us which barrister is appearing for the Board in this matter  ?   I would be curious to know.
