You're either somewhat uninformed or just making stuff up.
TIVAN can be used on any titano-magnetite ore body, or even just magnetite ore bodies I believe. BBI (Todd Group) are apparently getting great results with it at Balla Balla so far. SMS is willing to guarantee debt funding for it to the tune of $850m... so that they can sell industry-standard turn-key solutions to titano-magnetite miners around the world.
Separating production costings is very common in the accounting world... despite how mystical it may appear to you, it is not some form of fanciful magic. Activity based costing is one example of a management accounting method to do such magical tasks.
