Where do they get that timeline from? Presumably PB must have given that as an indicator for the Analyst?

Considering they've been talking to KfW IPEX bank for close to 2 years already, and it typically takes 2-3 years, I would hope we'd get a decision / the finance structured in 2019.

If not, are we really going to see any increase in share price in the interim?
