If SCONI wasnt sold it would have been the MLM share price in breakout not the purchaser.

They could have had a capital raising or wait for option conversion.

PALA are cunning. Who knows how long they have targeted MLM and ensured the SP remains low for their opportunistic takeover.

If the merger ratio was 10 MLM for 1 MLR I would still have reservations.
