Its not I believe doubt over the results provided to date but rather its the doubt about the results so far not yet provided for the balance of all trial participants ( those not reporting a 50% pain reduction but a lesser reduction) and how this stacks up in the context of placebo vs iPPS. We know what we know, its what we know that we don't know, or don't know what we don't know, that's currently on Mr Markets mind.
