The tainting arises from the association by way of support for the CEO appointment when due diligence did or should have revealed serious allegations of fraud were in play at that time and therefore a serious error in professional judgement was made by the directors that currently hold office to support that appointment.

Ie. I fear whether there is an effective ban on investing in Healius until there is change in the appointed directors due to tainting. That possibility would require the Chair and related directors to resign immediately.
