    Buy on market(TNOO) and then you have 2 options.

    1. Sell it on market just like you bought them(trades like shares).

    2. Convert it into shares by paying 5.4c per share.

    Personally I'd sell it on market (when it's bullish=more liquid and higher price) unless it's too close to expiry.
