Like WAG, I emailed a few questions to Leslie, sent Monday and no reply as yet.  One of the questions regarded best overall response and were they using this criteria . . . The Best Overall Response (BOR) is the best response recorded from the start of the study treatment until the disease progression/recurrence:

If this criteria holds true, then PR was the best result before the cancer returned to progression.  However, as people have often noted, immune treatment can often take a while to kick in properly so results for some patients might still be ongoing.  What is clear, is that this is a terrible late-stage cancer they're dealing with and the patients don't have time on their side.  All a bit sad really.

Anyway, the other question I asked was regarding any further long term data as the P3 had only completed recently.  Radio silence.

For me, the announcement is frustratingly short on details, the most important one being - are any of the patients still being monitored?
