I’ve now had a look at the RK inc website.
Ten to twelve locations, apparently including New York.
An impressive range of professional services, some of which could easily be added to Construction Sciences Australian service offering.
Good cultural alignment.
Good critical mass to leverage growth in America.
Good synergy with Cardno Group having 90 or so offices in America.
It seems cracker fit imo.
