EX1 ipo was done by alto capital they raised 7mil in a day and on today's listing it's up 200%. Alto capital is behind S3R shell sitting 2mil market cap?? .. If thats not basement buying I don't know what is??? has the market woken up yet?
It's obvious they have the data base and money to find something big..
