KfW unprecedented involvement just shows they think TNG mgmt desperately need help, and SMS introduction shows that SMS weren't confident TNG mgmt could find financing.

Thank goodness SMS are on the registry to take TNG by the hand and thank goodness for holders like the Browns who can mobilise some action against the board (albeit unsuccessfully).

Really want to move on from s249 and accept result but Burton needs to stop picking at old scabs.
