Lol CJ, you are very confused, try and focus big picture, VERY clearly export values bottomed in 2016 and have risen each of the past two years, now ~25% from nadir.
All the more remarkable as volume growth has slowed 2018, very clearly demonstrated in the picture:
What you just don't want to accept is the ROW growth profile REO has more than doubled in just three years post 2014 when Lynas sales are added above, and that currently transcends all your doom & gloom, as evidenced by continued rising value trend.
BTW, IMO it is no coincidence that LAMP finally started producing on spec @ scale 2015.
Just look at CNRE, you really think they are in a position to continue ROW supply at cabbage prices given current returns against debt service?
What do you think is going to happen as China moves towards the stated 2020 objective of capping exports ~10ktpa UNDER current volumes?
You certainly won't find the answer gazing into the ST noise.
