it would be a bit odd to go in early in a trial with anything beyond what is considered a high dose I would think and potentially maybe quite dangerous ?
if they have recommended to do the next phase trial with what they consider their highest dose that speaks for itself
surely it would need a lot more data to start going beyond what is already considered high
they haven't updated the clinical trials website
that will have everything that is available to know
