I'm very interested in seeing a long term update on these patients. Whether there is a strong and lasting response, beyond the dosing period.
Axel Hoos in a presentation he did to a group of investors a few years back, said specifically that IO drugs in clinical trials responded differently to traditional cancer treatments. Initially, the tumor balloons for quite a while, only after that initial stage do IO drugs start to shows their true character.
