I think a trade deal being formalised puts some puff back in markets for another 12-24 months. That should be enough for this to run into being drilled and we can all derisk prior to well spudding as were in early. We need this additional data out Q1 next year then hopefully they have been in plenty of discussions regarding farmout to get that formalised relative quickly. Im hopefully for drilling next year.

You're right though, markets are stuffed at the moment, particularly specs. Oil price down a bit and most overlook gas price actually faring ok considering (which this essentially is).
