The only way this would be approved is if the institutionalised theft completes. The offer is hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars short and the whole affair needs to go to the Federal court to get unravelled so that long-standing shareholders are protected from what has happened here.

This affair also needs to be brought to the attention of the Federal Minister. The only protection of minor shareholders rights appears to be through the creation of shares. I don’t want expensive share give aways to protect my rights, I want everything to be laid bare in open court, and I mean everything.

ASIC seizes shares with the help of the takeover panel, more shares then appear out of the blue, ASIC’s interests get diluted. This is a farce that needs fixing by real judges in real courts, not by the Keystone cops, what a joke it’s become.

Fleet footed flat foots, you can say that again. Esh
