The cynic in me says it's Todd or Todd affiliates buying up the cheap shares. Not to accumulate, just to support the share price so we don't start rioting as much. If what they are doing is less outrageous by having the sp only just lower than when the ann was made it won't attract as much attention from regulators. Everyone needs to keep the pressure on, this is not good enough by our board!
