Whilst I can see the advantages of consolidating two groups into one, I can't see any advantages for SIG management or Franchisees and maybe not even API franchisees will see the advantages in their businesses. I can't imagine any benefit API doing a Due Diligence and then not proceeding even with confidentiality agreements, it not a great idea for the main competitor to know much about SIG. Just my thinking. Pharmacy owners and staff do not need this type of stress imo.
