The silver is pretty minor in the scale of things with Abra. At 18g/t it adds a bit over US$8 a ton while the lead at 8% is worth is US$160/t (assuming a lead price of US$2000/t). It is more a little silver icing on the lead cake.
The underground mine path also has the potential of not only offering lower start up costs (this will make a big difference on the capital needed to mine), but should also bring down the time until first ore is produced. Both of this will have a significant effect on the IRR numbers.
