I've found your earlier post to which you refer. The response from RGI appears to address perceived concern regarding whether the licence has capacity to renew. That was not a concern of mine, I take the point you've made regarding it being a formality.
My stance is not one of concern, rather one of keen interest in the first licence being issued in RGIs name or if maintaining the Supra brand then its first renewal under new ownership.
Other licences for continuing and existing companies may be procedural and RGI may wish to convey that this is also procedural and not a "risk" I never thought it was. In my opinion, Id like to know, mainly because its exciting to a degree and the licence is something which can resonate with a common understanding that "we're in, we're doing this". And even if the expansion of capacity again is procedural, its still progress and thus, of interest.
