Sam_wells. Gee that is a big question there. Perhaps an even bigger question is "should VIC be allowed to trade again with the current Directors" ?That is probably an easier question to answer for most posters here I would suggest.
However....will we trade again? The critical issue there is whether the HDY management (i.e. Terence Clee) can convince the ASX that he has supplied the ASX with
all the information that they are seeking to expose the various dealings between HDY management and Nevertru collaborator ( the Bluming team) and their "investors" (who did what, when and how and who got the advantage)....all of which has to be done by December 20th/21st. Otherwise HDY will be delisted and that will have implications most probably for VIC's continued existence. VIC is either going to end up as collateral damage if Clee does not get ASX nod for explanations on HDY on that date or it may just escape the chop as possibly being seen as the lesser of two evils.
So your guess is as good as mine at this stage. Certainly while the critical date is at the end of this week I am not sure if the ASX will give an immediate judgement or whether they will consider what HDY responds with and give their decision perhaps in January. I guess it will depend on what they are expecting and whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied with HDY's response. If they are largely dissatisfied I think the response will be pretty swift. This is last chance scenario.
