Hi @Silence229 if you're already on IG Markets, maybe you want to try out their ProRealTime package, it contains the ProBuilder programming platform which allows you to write simple scripts that will do what you're describing. Yes it is programming, but it is very simple programming that imo non-programmers won't have much trouble learning (the support guide that is provided is very simple to follow).
So the upside is you will be able to trade the way you want by writing the right script.
The downside(s) are (a) it is programming (even if simple), and (b) it is limited to the stocks that you can trade with IG.
From memory it costs about $40/month to subscribe to, which is reimbursed if you do a minimum number of trades (8 or 10 I think).
