Technically it is a two step process & I'm expecting a second price sensitive announcement regarding the final approval of mining concession personally.

One would imagine that the bulk of the due diligence is undertaken by INAMI however I'll refrain from using the word formality in respect for our Mozambique minister.

INAMI was the major break through for the company is looking for, mission accomplished.

I briefly discussed DUAT process with Dave & can only assume this along with the final mining concession approval are firm requirements of financing.

Like the mining concession it's inconceivable financing would be granted before their approval, again David left me with the impression that the DUAT process was well advanced & waiting for the mining concession to progress.

I was getting around to confirming DUAT's role in financing & asking what other due diligence we may have before this occurs however we ran out of time, was a quick ten minutes.

I'll email or text Dave tomorrow & ask if it's possible to get a firm list of remaining finance criteria.

I've already used my fair share of question time with Dave so hopefully the poor guy doesn't put my number to block.

Hopefully anyone else who has communicated with management can also share with the forum to assist.
