A CR may well be required - so what? If the cash is raised to fund infrastructure (Malta etc) then that is adding to the value of the company.
A CR is nothing to fear if it is for something positive and only a worry if it is needed to continue normal operations which in this case it isn't. Scare mongering by warping the real reason for a CR is moronic.
Raising cash to fast track the Malta operation can only be a good thing surely - and expected by most of us anyway.
