On page 17 they give calculated graphite purity figures with a best of 98% in a multiple reactor scenario. Purity is critical to economics as can be seen in this old article http://www.focusgraphite.com/technology/
The upcoming MIN graphite plant, PTR design had an end goal of graphite production and integrated purification. Resulting in production of ultra high purity graphite.
Shifting to the paddle tube reactor caused a delay in the anticipated timeline. I am expecting it to have been worthwhile.
