The following pdf is quite helpful in understanding what the BOD have been trying to do all along.
From reading it I believe they have tried to satisfy all the requirements and wording to gain in principal support from the ASX.
https://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/guidance-note-33.pdf
They have of course missed out all interactions and considerations of minority shareholders. Because of this reason it is more important that ever to complain officially to the ASX and ASIC and let them know exactly how we feel.
.1 of the key things I see in our defence is firstly the following line in the guidance
to deny minority shareholders a market for their securities in order to coerce them into accepting an offer from a controlling shareholder to buy out their securities.
They of course has set this up that the controlling interest is not trying to buy our shares. So ultimately im sure we will have to challenge this legally.
