nothing happening in china ?

Hi All
come across this one today, my translate not working on the site but looks if dated a couple of days ago. some time ago there was a list of jobs posted, this looks like a new list again. although i couldn't translate when i clicked on some tags it sent me to another site so a copied some of the text (below) . sounds like another 18 jobs been advertised ? , so yes nothing really happening out of china.
on a side note, when i'm on the company web page and try to change over the the china site i can never do it, does anyone else have this problem or is it just me ? not good with the computer.
