Yeh Jake (&PS). I have just been reading the listing rules where only and ordinary res is required.
Obviously this is subject to certain things and I think Grolph has listed some other conditions. So, perhaps no agreement with OCJ and they are just trying their luck.
Perhaps in this case the on market buy back is the main purpose to quickly increase holdings. Plenty to play out here. Hopefully no one panics an gives them easy shares!!
