Thank you for your additional points! I appreciate that. I am a DRM shareholder and I am actually leaning to approving the merger. I like a miner that is generating a lot of cash. 

I wanted to write in my analysis with a more balanced and highlight what I think are points of caution, keeping in mind that many analysts that are paid to write reports (I don't get payments, this is all done in my own home) and it is almost always optimistic and goes light on the negative side.
