The approximate cost of a traditional shaft mine scenario for the Southern Nights find was bandied around at the AGM at $20-$30 mill which is very cheap relative to the in-situ value of the ore; mineralization. 

Pex may with help become a miner, as there’s plenty of potential partners with such skills eg CBH, St Barb, AMI and if they self fund with off takes then I’m sure there’s contractors to choose from. 

Usually associates of Peel aren’t miners as they’ve oft successfully sold projects for very handsome sums. 

In Peels case this might be done again as we’ve got the massive tenure to explore well after and if Wirlong, Mallee Bull and Wagga Tank Southern Nights is mined. 

The sweet spots of recent discoveries at Southern Nights is a major material asset to be grown in any event.
