Clas-Action lawsuits

Dear all,

As I do not believe in all the coincidences previously to the company shut down, I would strongly recommend to take legal proceedings against the responsible acting persons. In my opinion there are just two things to mention to justify legal actions: why we were not asked as shareholders for a further support via a further dilution and how is it possible to sell the main part and knowledge of the company very close to the insolvency??? In my opinion it is possible to sell the companies knowledge and developed processes to a competitor or the company can be pursued by another management.

My opinion... There was never any serious intention to build cooperation with huge partners... maybe we see in a few months GSM PV products.
