I feel GRR management are doing ok, yes its not the most exciting stock but market will value it higher eventually if they continue building cash.... MGX was similar boat few years ago, everyone was saying the same but sp has nearly tripled.... Im not too fussed, if over 10% fully franked divi pa isnt enough for you while u wait for capital growth know its trading less that 50% of NTA.... sell and find something better...
