Agree it's a bargain.
I've found with small and micro caps there's a lot of hype buying because retail investors see an article. They then realise the path to profitablibily is a lot longer they they intially realised and people sell due to impatience. Just speculating but I think it's that combined with a cap raise - either that or someone knows something.
