Warning on Voting - MLM Shareholders, page-3

Most would have received their letter in the mail today with their Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting for the Merger, Independent Experts Reports, the Managing Directors Announcement saying it's a great deal and the loose leaf proxy form already filled out to support the merger. Don't be fooled. The proxy form where you can make your own decision is in the small booklet, 3 pages from the end. That is where you can vote as you want to. Not as the company wants you.
Just another smoke and mirrors trick by the company to get this merger over the line.

On another note if you look at page 4 of the Independent Report you will see that it says
the Arrangement is NOT FAIR to shareholder as at the date of the report.

As mentioned in a previous post, the Shareholders Action Group's newsletter will be out in a few days and it will give your the facts from the the Independent Report,. . Then make up your mind.
