Avi, it still doesn't make sense to me. We won block 743 last year. However the 2017 map shows only half of 743 up for auction. But this year the map shows the whole of 743 up for auction. What happened to the half of 743 that we won (and why would the map only show half a block up for auction?).
I would have thought that the leases last > 1 year. I'm confused so hopefully someone who knows what is happening can explain it to me
