It would be the related party options with a strike price of $0.641. Price is based on closing price the day before options were issued. Which was $0.475 then apply 135% of that to work out the strike price. I notice they chose a day where the price was almost at a 2 week low. Funny about that !
2M in total were issued with 1.5M of those vesting immediately. Tyson was given 1m & the other 2 directors 500k each.
Imagine how many they would have wanted if the PFS timeline had been kept to ? The 1st timeline i mean. Not the other 3 since.
