Q: Am I reading this correctly. Has the Chairman just extracted another $400,000 from AUH, which coincidentlyis the balance of the amount he loaned the company - remembering he already has been repaid $1,000,000 from the sale proceeds of Surat Gas. ie instead of converting into shares he has converted into cash. If so how much cash do we have left and does this extinguish all loan obligations to the Chairman not excluding the balance of the convertible note?
