"A bet, but in my opinion a safe one the PFS will be out this week or next."
i nearly bought into the oppies myself recently given their price... a bet that the PFS will be released in december is a reasonable bet... not sure i'd call it a safe one though...
but the real wild card is the market reaction to the PFS... and market reactions have not been kind to any major announcements from V hopefuls on the asx... that is what has kept me away for the time being.
