Before the festive season which year?!? I glad that they put out an honest announcement like this, but am shocked to see how much they were trying to get away with!

I know it's company policy to never accept responsibility... blah blah blah... but this statement was written with all the arrogance that they had before this mess and no humility whatsoever. It's for this reason that I am still a sceptic, but will continue to hold... Too far in the red now to not see this through!
