The US FED Governors may drop rates just not this year. Gov. Powell is more a majority spokesperson for the set of Governors and I think all have been a bit perplexed that the correction happened this year rather than next and the level of the selldown.
In relation to A2M, the reconstitution of trade between America and the P.R.C. Looks more positive than previously.
Presidents Trump and Xi have performed admirably in their roles in relation to trade and A2M May reap the benefits of that in the longer term.
Lot of bargains out there tho so A2M is competing for buy orders against a lot of stocks globally at bargain basement prices IMHO.
IMHO the only way is up, it is only the only way.
