With respect, your first paragraph is wildly inaccurate. Firstly, it's worth noting that these builds are actually relatively straightforward compared to regular data centre construction jobs, due to their modular nature. Secondly, you fail to recognise that even globally established data centre companies meet delays and miss construction targets very regularly. Thirdly, it really doesn't matter if there are small delays as long as they end up with 2 fully functioning data centres that have the ability to attract customers. The most important thing is that DXN ensure that they get everything right. The worst thing that they can do is rush construction and end up making mistakes. As a new company, it is impossible to overstate the criticality of making sure that when they go live, everything works as it should. Any outages would prove fatal to a start up. Personally I'll settle for a few months delay in getting revenue in, in return for a live data centre that proves it's resilience and ability to adhere to %99.9999+ availability.
