I am not entirely sure how this will affect the market price when the sale will be off market. Just want to understand the process here.

Apologies for reverting only now, but I have been travelling in recent days.
If you read back on the AUB threads you will find a post wherein I posit that the main damage to the share price from the mechanics of this capital raising would have occurred in the period before the settlement of the entitlement offer, i.e., that's when some smart investors would have been positioning themselves to take the stock off the underwriter for as cheaply as possible.
As it happens, here's where the retail entitlement stock ended up:
