I don’t think todays jump means anything. With low liquidity microcaps there are stale holders that look to sell when liquidity comes in which is usually around announcements. There has to be meaningful business improvement for sustainable appreciation. That being said, even prior to the announcement this was a steal! I agree that profitable scaling should lead to a deep rerate. The timing of this occurring is up in the air but there is at least a possibility it is the next 6 months. In my experience, it is impossible to acquire stock once the model is proven when the register is so tight...

In terms of this- this is very effective targeted marketing (depending on the terms of the deal). If every single passenger puts the sticker on and gets 100mb of free data (to incentivise this) and then a special 1st use Malaysian airlines discount code for the first 1gb, you are likely to get a very high proportion of recurrent users. The endorsement by a major airline also reduces pain points. I imagine there will also be help from people to actually put the stickers on as well, for the less able.

I think it is an excellent deal, if the price is right and the unit economics stack up. I think flexiroam should have good enough internal data to get suggested take up rates so they can offset the customer acquisition cost against the future recurring revenue...
