If you base yourself on only the 750 home contract, yes it is overvalued. But when you take into account : --the growth potential of the company, -who they are working with (telstra),-being first to market in APAC and Australia
-All the government decisions in Australia to save money on aged care and have people staying at home, our tech could become compulsory.
think about all the potential recurring revenue even on a small amount like 20000 homes which is highly achievable. ( give you $36M of recuring revenue and would give you an easy $300M MC which is 10 bags from here )
Then I don't think it is overvalued, and the market neither , it is a shitty market and nobody is selling.
They have $5M+ in the bank why would they not be able to afford the initial 750 home ? how much do you think it cost to set up a house ? also it is not free , so these 750 homes will also have to pay ( so revenue)
50% of the shares escrowed , good luck trying to get in 2c.
