What you said in the first paragraph is completely correct, I have seen it first hand as a mortgage assessor for the last 8 years.
The suit is saying the core aspects of the company’s management are not acting in a way that isnbeneficiat to anyone but themselves, this will raise many eye brows.
The regulatory bodies are always in a catch-up mode which has been true for at least the past 40 years,the savers and loan debacle in the US is a great example.
Anyone that have money in the stock market needs to be vigilant, wish any long term holders the best of luck, this will become a trading stock like AMP and such, the reputation damage won’t be easily forgiven by investors for at least 12 months
