Joe, Marc in my mind would be looking for a "deal" that would
immediatly give Immutep an injection of funds:circa $100M whilst
still retaining a piece of the pie.....
In light of our just received 18 yr Efti combo patent I believe
Merck is the most likely prospect in this respect.....The question
is how much of the farm we would have to put up...
