My take on this situation is that anyone selling below $0.15 cents per share are selling themselves short (below NTA - and the pre-delisting announcement price), and ruining the buyback price for EVERY OTHER minority holder.
Everybody loses (except majority owners) the more minority holders panic sell at unreasonable prices.
